Palampur, Dec. 18 -- Former Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Shanta Kumar on Wednesday said that the state government's campaign against drug abuse, particularly the menace of chitta, would become more meaningful and commendable if the Chief Minister also took the Opposition into confidence.

Describing chitta as a dangerous disease, Shanta Kumar told UNI that it was destroying the new generation and the government's movement against it deserves appreciation. He urged the Chief Minister to make special efforts to include the entire Opposition in the campaign.
