Kottayam, Sept. 11 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has arrived in Kerala to undergo Ayurvedic treatment at a speciality hospital.

Kejriwal reached the Madukkakuzhy Ayurvedic Hospital at Parathodu near Kanjirappally yesterday around 7 pm. He is expected to remain under treatment for about 10 days.

According to hospital sources, the former Chief Minister is seeking relief from diabetes and a persistent cough. Reports said fluctuating blood sugar levels and chronic respiratory discomfort prompted him to opt for Kerala's traditional system of medicine.
