Solan, Oct. 14 -- Following the alleged attempted rape case against the elder brother of state BJP president Dr. Rajiv Bindal and the subsequent arrest of Ram Kumar Bindal, now the dentist-son of a former BJP MP from the Shimla parliamentary constituency has been charged and booked for alleged sexual harassment.
Brijeshwar Kashyap, a dentist by profession, and son of former MP from the Shimla parliamentary constituency Virender Kashyap, has been accused by a woman of allegedly forcing physical relations on her giving the false pretext of marriage.
According to the police complaint, the accused allegedly sexually harassed the victim under false pretense of marriage and later refused to marry her on one or other pretext.
