Punjab BJP Working President Ashwani Sharma slammed the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, saying the episode exposes the stark failure of the state's highly publicized anti-drug initiatives. "When a mother who once brought glory to Punjab is driven by addiction to sell her own child, it reflects the government's complete collapse on this front," Sharma said.
