New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- The Indian staffing industry is helping bridge inter-state migration by matching labor supply from high-unemployment states with demand in urban and industrial hubs, said a report released by Indian Staffing Federation on Tuesday here.
The report titled 'Flexi Employment Social Impact 2026' said that inter-state migration in India is driven primarily by work/employment addressing mismatches where local labor is scarce.
Shedding light on industrial data, it said, "In FY25, the industry added 61pc of new EPFO additions under Age group 29.
