Chennai, March 27 -- Officials of the National Investigative Agency (NIA) on Wednesday conducted raids in Tamil Nadu in connection with the March one bomb blast at the Rameswaram Cafe in Bengaluru.

Sources said the raids were held in about five places, including three locations in Chennai city and also in the southern Ramanathapuram district, after the NIA officials found Chennai links to the blast incident.

They said two of the suspects, who were allegedly involved in the blast, were said to have stayed in a lodge at Triplicane area in Chennai, leading to the raids, during which three mobile phones were seized from three persons.
