Bhandara, Nov. 14 -- A five-year-old girl died after accidentally falling into a well in Katurli village of Pawni tehsil Maharashtra's Bhandara district, police said on Thursday.
The victim, identified as Akshara Ajit Kamble, was reportedly playing near her house with her younger brother when the incident occurred.
According to police her parents were out working in a nearby paddy field at the time. The children wandered close to a public well situated near their residence. While playing, Akshara lost her balance and fell into the well.
