Aizawl, May 31 -- Unrelenting monsoon rains lashing Mizoram since Thursday have wreaked havoc across the state, claiming five lives, toppling at least 18 buildings, and cutting off key roads in the southern and eastern regions due to widespread landslides and mudslides, officials said on Saturday.
