Hyderabad, July 1 -- The Football 7 Association India (F7AI) on Tuesday announced the selection of five outstanding individuals from Hyderabad to represent India at the prestigious Coupe Intercontinentale Football7 - France 2025, an international 7-a-side football tournament scheduled from July 3 to 7, at Stade des Bords de Marne, Noisy Le Grand, France.
Following the All-India selection trials held in Mumbai, the selected players and coach from Hyderabad are Zubair Bin Sultan - Centre Forward, Mazher Ali - Stopper Back, Viven Walter - Midfielder, Mir Zubair Ali - Stopper.
These five are among a total of 15 individuals selected nationwide to represent India at this elite event.
