Bahraich (UP), April 25 -- Five persons were choked to death due to asphyxia and three others taken ill due to smoke emitted by the dryer in a rice mill in Dargah area of Bahraich district here in Uttar Pradesh on Friday, police sources said here.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognisance of the accident in Bahraich district. He has expressed condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased.
The CM has directed the district administration officials to immediately sent the injured to the hospital and to provide them proper treatment. Along with this, he has also wished for the speedy recovery of the injured.
