Jammu, Jan. 27 -- Five Army soldiers sustained injuries when a vehicle they were travelling in skidded off the road and met with accident in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
Official sources here said that a BP vehicle this morning met with an accident at Dhantar road in Saujiyan area of tehsil Mandi.
"The vehicle skidded off the road and rolled down into a small ditch leaving five army personnel injured," they said.
The sources said that rescue operation was immediately launched and all the injured soldiers were evacuated.
"They were shifted to the district hospital Poonch and their condition is stated to be stable," they added.
