Srinagar, Feb. 17 -- National Conference (NC) leader Tanvir Sadiq on Monday said for the first time a Finance Minister actively engaged with stakeholders across sectors, including traders, educators, and elected representatives, to shape the budget.
Sadiq who is also the Chief Spokesperson of the party said it is expected that this budget will be completely people-friendly.
