Patna, Nov. 25 -- First session of newly constituted Bihar Assembly will begin from December 1According to secretariat of Bihar Assembly, first session of newly constituted House, after recently held elections, will begin from December 1.
On first day, newly elected MLAs would be administered oath by protem Speaker Narendra Narain Yadav. On December 2, new Speaker of Assembly would be elected by members of the House.
Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan will address joint sitting of Bihar Legislative Assembly and Bihar Legislative Council on December 3. Second supplementary budget would also be placed same day after address of the Governor.
