Jaipur, Nov. 23 -- The first FIR has been filed at Borkheda police station of Kota against two Christian missionaries under the recently legislated Rajasthan Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act 2025.

As per the FIR, lodged on Thursday night, two Christian missionaries - Chandi Varghese of Delhi and Arun John of Kota -- organised a major programme "Atmik Satsang" and lured some Hindus to baptism in Christianity between November 4 and 6.

The district administration had given permission for the sake of a spiritual satsang. However, the two missionaries lured some Hindus to baptism.

They were allegedly baptised by sprinkling sacred water and read the baptism pledge.
