Nashik, Nov. 2 -- The four-day Ranji Trophy match between Maharashtra and Saurashtra, which was to start from Saturday, November 1, 2025, could not start on the first day due to overnight rain, cloudy weather for most of the day today and one or two light showers.
As scheduled, the Ranji match was formally inaugurated by releasing balloons in the air in the presence of dignitaries by Nashik District Cricket Association in the morning.
