Hyderabad, June 9 -- A comprehensive fire mock drill was successfully conducted on Monday at the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICC) building in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
The exercise was carried out under the supervision of V B Kamlasan Reddy, IPS (Retd), Director, TG ICCC, with participation from multiple departments, including Fire, Medical and Health, NDRF, Municipal, R&B, Electricity, Water Works, 108 Ambulance Services, and Hyderabad City Police.
The drill aimed to educate employees on safe evacuation procedures during emergencies and promote self-protection awareness. Director Kamlasan Reddy emphasized the importance of preparedness in high-rise buildings and announced that fire marshals will be appointed for each floor.
