Mumbai, Nov. 7 -- A fire broke out in the kitchen of a McDonald's outlet in Mumbai's Dadar area on Friday, with no injury reported, officials said.
Sources said the fire started at 3.30 pm in the kitchen of McDonald's outlet located at Star Mall, at N.C. Kelkar Marg near Sena Bhavan in Dadar West, south-central Mumbai.
Six fire tenders and a water tanker were engaged to douse the fire which was brought under control around 430 pm. Fire tenders had to break the glass of the restaurant's facade to gain access into the outlet as the entry was blocked due to smoke and flames.
