Mumbai, Oct. 23 -- A fire broke out today morning in a commercial high-rise building in Mumbai's Jogeshwari area. Twenty-four people trapped inside were rescued, and no injuries have been reported so far, a Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB) official said.
According to the MFB, the blaze was reported at around 10:51 am at the JNS Business Centre, located on SV Road near Gandhi School. The fire was confined to the 9th to 12th floors of the 13-storey glass-facade building, with flames and smoke visible from several levels.
