Mumbai, Oct. 3 -- An accidental death case on Mumbai railway track today took a new turn after the railway police have registered a case against four individuals for allegedly abetting suicide of a 46-year-old man who allegedly committed suicide over property dispute by lying on the tracks, where a local train ran over him.

The offence was registered days after the funeral took place when the family found a suicide note in his daughter's notebook, which revealed that the man took his life over a property dispute.

The family then approached the police, following which the case was registered.
