Chennai, July 8 -- The Madras High Court today granted conditional bail to popular
Tamil film actors Srikanth and Krishna who were arrested two weeks back in connection
with a drugs (cocaine) case.
Granting the bail, Judge Nirmal Kumar directed the duo to produce a bond for Rs 10,000
each and two sureties for a like sum.
They were also directed to appear before the Investigating Officer in the case daily.
Earlier, the NDPS Court had dismissed their bail pleas following which they moved the
High Court.
While Srikkanth was arrested on June 23,Krishna was arrested on June 26 in connection
with a drug (cocaine) case by the Anti-Narcotics Wing of the Chennai City police.
