Fight with IAF officer: Bengaluru biker out on bail
Bengaluru, April 22 -- In a dramatic turn in the high-profile Bengaluru road rage incident, biker Vikas Kumar, who was earlier arrested following an altercation with a serving Indian Air Force officer, has been released on bail, his lawyer Advocate Ajay Kumar confirmed on Tuesday.
Addressing mediapersons, advocate Kumar demanded the arrest of the Wing Commander Vikramanas Shiladitya Bose involved in the case, alleging that serious charges had been levelled against the officer.
"The Wing Commander has to be arrested. He has been charged with attempt to murder, and a case under section 309 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) has been filed against him," the counsel stated.
