New Delhi, Jan. 22 -- Creation of Export Development Fund for helping the MSME Exporters, Capacity Building in the Health Sector, Reduction in Income Tax for non-corporate bodies, Reduction in Income Tax for non-corporate bodies and Focus on Transport Services are among the suggestions made by Federation of Indian Export Organisations ahead of the Union Budget on February 1.
