Mumbai, Feb. 8 -- Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat on Sunday urged Indians to shed fears of the country's further division and instead nurture the resolve to see a reunified and strong India by 2047.
Addressing an interaction programme organised as part of the RSS centenary celebrations, Bhagwat spoke on a wide range of issues-from caste divisions to artificial intelligence-while underlining the importance of social harmony and national unity.
He said certain forces may desire India's fragmentation, but such designs will never succeed. "Sultans and emperors ruled India for 500 years, and the British for 200 years. What they could not achieve then cannot be achieved by divisive forces in the future," he asserted.
