Madrid, Nov. 7 -- FC Barcelona defender Eric Garcia broke his nose in Wednesday's 3-3 draw away to Club Brugge and will attempt to play on Sunday wearing a protective facemask.
FC Barcelona confirmed on its official website that, following a collision with Brugge substitute Romeo Vermant in the closing minutes of the match, "first team player, Eric Garcia has a broken nose.""He will wear a protective mask and any potential involvement in the upcoming game against Celta de Vigo will be assessed," the club explained.
