Latur, Sept. 14 -- In a tragic incident, a 32-year-old father of two from Dadgi village in Nilanga taluka ended his life by electrocution due to the prolonged delay in obtaining caste certificates for his children.
The deceased has been identified as Shivaji Valmik Melle, a daily wage labourer whose two children are studying in school.
