Lucknow, Aug. 12 -- Proceedings in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly were disrupted over the Fatehpur incident for the second day today. The state government informed the House that an FIR has been lodged, culprits identified, and strict action assured, yet the Opposition continued to stall business.
