Srinagar, March 30 -- National Conference president and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah on Monday denied all charges in the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) alleged corruption case after charges were read out before a Srinagar court.
Abdullah appeared virtually before the court, where the charges were read to all accused persons. His counsel, Advocate Ishtiyaq Khan, said that Abdullah denied all charges and sought justice.
The court recorded the statements of all accused persons who denied the charges and subsequently the case was listed for prosecution evidence, which is likely to be taken up on April 31.
