Lucknow, Aug. 25 -- Deputy Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Pramod Tiwari, launched a scathing attack on the BJP-led central and state governments, accusing them of neglecting farmers and undermining democratic institutions. Addressing media here today, Tiwari alleged that farmers across Uttar Pradesh are being forced to run from pillar to post for fertilizers due to an artificial crisis and rampant black marketing of urea, which the government has failed to control.
