Patna, Jan. 11 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha today said that the state government aims to link every farmer with a Unique Farmer ID to ensure direct and transparent benefits of all the central and State government schemes.

Sinha said here that the progress of farmer registration under AgriStack shows that the land records directly impact the rate of registrations. He said that registration is faster in districts covered under the Revisional Survey (RS) due to relatively clean and updated land records.
