Umaria, Aug. 21 -- A case has come to light of a fake Facebook profile created in the name of the District Collector that attempts to sell household and electronic goods at extremely low rates.
Collector Dharnendra Kumar has directed the Cyber cell, police, and other officials to initiate an action.
"My photograph has been used, but I have nothing to do with the profile. I urge citizens to refrain from friend requests and transactions," the Indian Administrative Service officer said.
