Shillong, Feb. 21 -- Expressing concerns over a sharp rise in substance abuse in Meghalaya, faith leaders, and key stakeholders have voiced their commitment to fostering a drug-free Meghalaya.
The faith leaders have also urged the Conrad Sangma-led government to provide tangible support for de-addiction and rehabilitation efforts.
