Ranchi, Feb. 26 -- In the presence of President Droupadi Murmu, Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Thursday addressed the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony of the 'Shri Jagannath Spiritual and Cultural Charitable Centre' at Kadma in Jamshedpur.

Speaking on the occasion, the Governor described Jamshedpur, popularly known as the 'Steel City', as not merely an industrial hub but a living symbol of discipline, labour, service and social responsibility.
