Mumbai, April 20 -- Nationalist Congress Party (SP) MP Supriya Sule today criticized Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis alleging that his remarks targeting the opposition over the Women's Reservation Bill were made under instructions from party leadership in Delhi.

Speaking to reporters here, Ms Sule said that the state BJP leaders are often directed from the capital on what stance to take on various issues.

Her comments came after Fadnavis, during a recent press conference, blamed the opposition following the rejection of the Women's Reservation Bill in the Lok Sabha. He had used strong terms such as "anti-women", "urban Naxals" and "double-faced" to criticize opposition parties.
