Chennai, Sept. 1 -- A strong boost in two-wheeler exports and higher sales of three-wheelers helped Bajaj Auto Ltd register positive sales growth in August.
In a regulatory filing, the company said it sold 4,17,616 units last month (domestic: 2,32,398 units; exports: 1,85,218 units) compared to 3,97,804 units (domestic: 2,53,827 units; exports: 1,43,977 units) in August 2024.
Within this, Bajaj Auto reported sales of 3,41,887 two-wheelers (domestic: 1,84,109 units; exports: 1,57,778 units), against 3,35,178 units (domestic: 2,08,621 units; exports: 1,26,557 units) in the same period last year.
