New Delhi, March 6 -- Sports Minister Dr Mansukh Mandaviya on Friday stressedthe need of expanding the nation's athlete-base and underlined that efforts are being made to make sporting facilities assccible to all including tribal populations.
In a release issued today Dr Mandaviya said "Tapping talent from tribal regions is key and continuously expanding our athlete-base is the requirement of the hour.
