Chennai, Aug. 24 -- The flagship and the pioneering Tamil Nadu Chief Minister'sBreakfast scheme to be expanded on August 26 to state-aided schools in Urbanareas by Chief Minister M K Stalin in the presence of his Punjab counterpartBhagwant Mann would henceforth benefit more than 20 lakh students studyingin Classes 1 to 5, across the State.
In a post on X, ahead of its expansion at a function in Chennai on Tuesday, theChief Minister said right from the days of Justice Party to his Dravidian Modelgovernment, the hunger of school students were eradicated by providing breakfastand offered education.
