Dharamshala, Oct. 25 -- Officials, employees, and volunteers who made outstanding contributions to disaster risk reduction and relief efforts in Kangra district were honoured at the District-Level Samarth Fair 2025, held at Government College, Matour, today. The event was presided over by Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Shilpi Becta, who also presented appreciation certificates to members of the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), Home Guards, Fire Services, District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA), and Aapda Mitra teams.
