Thiruvananthapuram, July 15 -- The postponement of the execution of Nimisha Priya, who was sentenced to death in Yemen, is both relieving and hopeful, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said today.

Hoping that this development has granted Keralite nurse Nimisha Priya more time to seek clemency from the death sentence, the CM said this outcome was made possible due to the initiative and intervention of Sayed Kanthapuram AP Aboobacker Musliyar.
