Ayodhya, Aug. 1 -- Former UP CM Kalyan Singh and MP CM Uma Bharati on Saturday announced that they would attend the Bhoomi Pujan programme whereas former Deputy PM Lal Krishna Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi may not join them.
Mr Singh announced in Lucknow that he would reach Ayodhya on August 4 to attend the programme.
Mr Singh,one of the accused in the Babri demolition, had said that he was innocent in the demolition of the Babri mosque and there was a political conspiracy to implicate him.
" It is my last wish to live to see the opening of the Ram temple ," he said.
Meanwhile, former MP CM Uma Bharati , also an accused in the Babri demolition, too have tweeted that she will reach Ayodhya on August 4 to attend the function.
