Kyiv/Moscow, Nov. 24 -- Ukraine's former prime minister Nikolay Azarov has sharply criticised the alternative peace plan drafted by the UK, Germany and France, arguing that the alternate European proposal (which he said was penned by the E3) is structured specifically to prevent any genuine diplomatic settlement and keep the war running indefinitely.
