Shimla, Jan. 28 -- Raising serious concerns over an alleged communal narrative presented during the state-level Republic Day function at the Ridge, former Deputy Mayor of Shimla, Tikender Singh Panwar, has approached the Governor's office seeking immediate intervention.
In a detailed representation, Panwar objected to a skit performed on the issue of synthetic drugs (chitta), staged as part of the official celebrations on January 26.
