Lakhisarai, Dec. 8 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha today said that the state will move forward only when every young person understands their own abilities and uses them for progress.
Speaking at the District-Level Youth Festival 2025-26 here, Sinha said that the skills, knowledge and creativity of Bihar's youth are the key to the state's development.
He further said that Bihar will have a bright future when all young people recognise their strengths and move ahead confidently.
