Chennai, July 9 -- The Desiya Sirupanmainar Makkal Iyyakam (DSMI), an outfit striving

of India B R Gavai who announced implementation of reservations in appointments and
promotions for SC and ST within the administrative framework of the Supreme Court.
In a statement here, DSMI Tamil Nadu State President Bishop D P Noha Yowanaraj
