New Delhi, Nov. 20 -- President Droupadi Murmu on Thursday declared that eradication of Left Wing extremism would become possible in near future with ''deliberate and well-organised'' efforts of the central and state governments.

The President who was attending the Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas celebration, organised by the Government of Chhattisgarh, at Ambikapur, Surguja, Chhattisgarh, expressed happiness that people across the country are abandoning the path of Left Wing Extremism and joining mainstream of development.

She expressed confidence that by following the ideals of tribal icons, people of Chhattisgarh will make invaluable contributions to building a strong, self-reliant, and developed India.
