Hyderabad, Feb. 14 -- Human trafficking can only be completely eradicated if society as a whole actively participates in its prevention, stated Divya Devarajan, CEO of Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP).

Speaking at the two-day state-level Training of Trainers (ToT) program on human trafficking organised under the aegis of Prajwala Volunteer Organisation and Telangana Rural Poverty Alleviation Organization held at Dr MCR HRD here on Friday, Divya Devarajan, highlighted that human trafficking is a criminal act rapidly spreading worldwide, disproportionately affecting girls and women from poor and middle-class backgrounds.
