Srinagar, Dec. 30 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet in a major alleged recruitment fraud case, involving over 1,300 trainees from Kashmir, before a court in Bandipora district, officials said on Tuesday.

The chargesheet in a 2022 FIR registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the IPC, names Ranjeet Prasad, Director of True Dreams Project India Pvt. Ltd., accusing him of duping trainees by collecting registration fees on the promise of salaried employment that never materialised.
