Srinagar, Dec. 21 -- The Economic Offences Wing of Crime Branch Kashmir filed a chargesheet in a land fraud case against five persons, including four senior officers of revenue, officials said on Sunday.
The chargesheet in a 2021 FIR was filed in the Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Srinagar, against a former Tehsildar Settlement, Srinagar; a former Tehsildar South, Srinagar; two revenue officials posted as Patwaris; and a private individual under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the RPC, read with Section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
