Srinagar, Nov. 19 -- The Economic Offences Wing of the Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against a Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) employee and several other officials in a 2022 case involving alleged tampering of records for service regularization.
The EoW today said the chargesheet was produced in in FIR No. 87 of 2022 under Sections 209, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar.
