Bareilly (UP), Nov. 14 -- Uttar Pradesh Governor and Chancellor of State Universities Anandiben Patel on Thursday urged the universities to stop conducting back-examinations and ensure 100 percent attendance.

Speaking at the convocation ceremony at MJP Rohilkhand University, the Governor said that it's heartening to see female students excel in every field. "However, the reasons for male students lagging behind must be addressed and efforts must be made to improve them," she said.
