Pune, April 24 -- Nationalist Congress Party (NCP- SP) MLA Rohit Pawar on Thursday urged the central government to "end the issue of terrorists permanently", even if it means entering Pakistan.
He said: "If you want to enter Pakistan, go ahead, but end the issue of these terrorists permanently."
"I think some people are taking up religious issues, but those who helped (the injured tourists) were also Muslims. Therefore, religious issues should not be taken into account in this.
"Terrorists have no religion. If the government takes a decision against terrorists, the entire country stands behind them unwaveringly," said Rohit Pawar, on the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 tourists were killed by Pakistan-linked terrorists.
